Slipgate Users#
Slipgate collects no data. Your files are backed up to a destination you choose, such as a local drive, external drive, or cloud storage provider like Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox.

- We do not have access to your files, documents, or personal data during migration
- No telemetry or usage data is collected
Hyperpane Users#
Hyperpane runs entirely on your local hardware:
- All virtualization occurs on your own systems
- No data is transmitted to Defenestra
- No telemetry or usage data is collected
How We Use Information#

Data Retention#
- Website data: Server logs are retained for 90 days
- Contact submissions: Retained for the duration of our business relationship plus 3 years
- Migration project data: Technical documentation is retained for 1 year after project completion, then securely deleted
- Slipgate and Hyperpane: No user data is retained because no user data is collected
